Tender description
The Building Control department encounters projects particularly large to medium residential developments where the need for a fire engineer is required to peer review fire safety features, particularly specialist Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling. i.e Smoke Modelling. This becomes apparent midway through the project and given the time-sensitive nature of construction deadlines, we are compelled to urgently procure a third party to conduct this peer review of the design/modelling.
