Tender description

North Tyneside Council (the Authority) is seeking tenders for the delivery of residential insulation works across its domestic stock, including the removal and disposal of existing. The works predominantly support the works of the Responsive Repairs team, and particularly the Condensation, Mould and Damp team. The aim is to improve energy efficiency, ensure compliance with building standards, and remediate any performance issues associated with existing insulation. Residential insulation work is considered predominantly a responsive service. Demand will therefore fluctuate throughout the year and volume of work cannot be guaranteed.
