Tender description

Mid and East Antrim Borough Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant team to complete an RIBA Stage 1-2 Feasibility Study at Carrickfergus Marina condition survey and public realm. This consultancy appointment is for RIBA Stage 1 & 2 only and aims to deliver the activities as outlined below from the Table of Tasks below. The tender is for the provision of an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) who must work with the Capital Works Manager, Capital Works Team or his designate to ensure all duties required under this appointment are being carried out to the satisfaction of the Employer.
