The London Borough of Hounslow is planning to procure advocacy related services covering the following elements and meeting our statutory requirements in early 2027. Element A – Independent Mental Health Advocacy Service · Element B – Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy and Liberty Protection Safeguards (LPS) Relevant Person Representative (RPR) · Element C – Care Act & Generic Advocacy · Element D – Independent NHS Complaints Advocacy · Element E – Children’s Advocacy This is to explore the potential benefits and challenges of procuring an all age advocacy service across Hounslow. The Council is holding an online providers engagement event on 24th March at 2pm.
