Tender description

The works involve river channel clearance of weed vegetation using a specialized aquatic vegetation harvesting boat, to include removing weeds and vegetation from the channel and disposing of appropriately as required for the contract duration. The Contractor must provide and operate the above-mentioned aquatic vegetation harvesting boat. An Appropriate Assessment (AA) screening and Natura Impact Statement (NIS) report must be produced by the successful tenderer also and submitted to the Council before receiving approval to proceed with any channel clearance works.
