The Authority is looking to appoint a contractor to Design, Build, Finance, Operate a new state of the art ERF facility at the Hanford site, Stoke-on-Trent given the existing facility is coming towards end of its operational life. The successful provider will be responsible for the following: o Designing the plant. o Building it (construction). o Financing their share (arranging the private sector share of funding). o Operating it long-term under contract to the Council.
