Security Services Including Static Guarding, Emergency Response and Keyholding

Tender description

The Council seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide keyholding, emergency response, static guarding, and property access services in support of its current Building Management arrangements. Requests for services will be issued either directly by the Council for property access requirements or via the alarm receiving center for emergency response incidents. The Council does not guarantee any minimum volume of work under this contract. Emergency Response Services are required between 18:00 and 06:00, Monday to Friday, and on a 24-hour basis during weekends and bank holidays. Additional cover may also be required during school holiday periods and to accommodate staff absence.
