Caerphilly County Borough Council ('the Council') require suitably experienced and accredited scaffolding Contractors to provide scaffolding works to properties and buildings within the boundaries of the Caerphilly County Borough. The Council intends to establish a contract for scaffolding works which will include for but not be limited to the erection & dismantling of scaffolding.
