Newcastle City Council 'the Authority' and our in-house building contractor, 'Construction Services (CS) require support from external construction groundwork contractors with skilled tradespersons to assist in the delivery of all groundworks, civil engineering, drainage, utilities and external works associated with the expansion/extension of the MOT Testing Station at 2 Wincomblee Rd, Newcastle upon Tyne NE6 3PF The works form part of the organisation's commitment to improving operational capacity. The Existing MOT Station Building will be fully operational during the period of works
