Tender description

The project involves the provision of a modular-build information lodge to support cancer patients and their relatives. The scope of works is expected to cover full design development, manufacture, delivery, and installation of the modular structure, in accordance with the client-supplied design drawings. The lodge is to be finished in a dark brown colour. The scope also includes the supply and installation of all furniture, fixtures, and fittings required to make the lodge fully operational, as well as a combined air-conditioning and heating unit to ensure a comfortable environment. Additionally, the provision and installation of an illuminated Macmillan sign is required as part of the completed facility. Preliminary activities, such as site surveys and coordination with on-site teams, are also included within the scope.
