ITT for the provision of a conssession contract for padel tennis services

Tender description

Introduction Following the successful completion of the Expressions of Interest period, we now invite bidders to submit a tender in response to this Open Tender document. This should take the form of a fully developed business plan in accordance with the details outlined in the tender documents. Once the tenders have been assessed, the Council may invite the chosen shortlisted parties to further discussions. Location The site is situated in the heart of the popular Fairhaven Lake & Gardens with numerous leisure activities and events year-round. The land currently comprises of two public tennis courts close to the lake with nearby attractions including children’s play area, tennis courts and bowling greens. The land in question is edged red on the attached plan for identification purposes only and comprises of two full size hard tennis courts currently used for pay and play tennis. The two hard public courts to the right are to be retained as full-sized courts, which will continue to be operated by Fylde Borough Council.
