Tender description
Nottingham City Council is undertaking a Pre-Market Engagement (PME) exercise to inform the future commissioning of Specialist Navigator Services within the Changing Futures Nottingham Programme. These services provide practical and emotional support to help people experiencing severe and multiple disadvantage engage with the services they need. Following a commissioning review, the Council is proposing a refreshed service model. We are now seeking feedback from the market to help shape and refine the design of these future services. About This Engagement This PME aims to: - Share information on the current contracting arrangements and the proposed future model. - Gather views, insights, and feedback from providers with relevant experience. - Ensure the final service design is well-informed, deliverable, and reflective of market capacity and innovation. Please note: This is not a tender or contract opportunity. It is solely a market engagement exercise. How to Take Part 1. Download the accompanying presentation, which outlines the current model, proposed changes, and key design considerations. 2. Submit your feedback by completing the MS Forms questionnaire using the link on Slide 9 of the Presentation Please complete and submit the form no later than 12:00pm (midday) on Monday 16 March 2026.If you experience any issues accessing the form or have queries, please contact: aislinn.forrest@nottinghamcity.gov.uk Important Information - The PME does not require the Council to proceed with a procurement process. - While all feedback will be reviewed and considered, inclusion in the final model cannot be guaranteed. - Any future procurement arising from this exercise will be advertised separately, and all interested providers will need to apply through the published procurement route at that time.
