Tender description
Kildonan Street Municipal Buildings conversion and redevelopment has been included within the New Supply programme to produce 43 new homes for North Lanarkshire Council’s social rented housing stock as part of the Town Centres Regeneration Programme. Lot 1: The Kildonan St Municipal Buildings are prominently located on Kildonan Street, Coatbridge, also bounded by Muiryhall St and Dunbeth Road, and are constructed in a U shape enclosing an inner courtyard area. Until 2022 the Grade B listed buildings were used as offices by North Lanarkshire Council but are now fully vacant..
