Islands Connectivity Plan - Community Needs Assessment - Outer Hebrides, Small Isles, Skye and Raasay. Lot 1: The primary purpose of this project is to provide evidence and options for the future Clyde & Hebrides Ferry Services (CHFS) contracted services for Outer Hebrides, Small Isles, Skye and Raasay, as well as for planned capital investments in vessels and ports. It will also consider broader island transport connectivity options and will review and promote improved integration between ferries and connecting modes of transport on both the Scottish mainland and the relevant islands.
