External Services for ICG-NL Coordination 2025

Tender description

The Scottish Ministers acting through Marine Directorate invites a bid for provision of external services for ICG-ML coordination in 2025. Lot 1: The minimum requirements for provision of services is as follows:- - Monitoring progress of tasks agreed at the previous meeting and checking progress of specific actions. This also includes development and follow-up on the outstanding tasks list and presentation at ICG-ML. - Preparation of the meeting summary record, including revisions. - Preparation of urgent and final actions list (including reminders to action leads. - Preparation of the draft report to EIHA 2025 including revisions. - Participation in one preparatory meeting and the actual ICG-ML meeting. - Time spent during travel to one in-person meeting
