Renfrewshire Council has the requirement to appoint a Contractor to carry out immediate and urgent work as part of phase 1 repairs to the Steeple Buildings in Kilbarchan. Lot 1: Renfrewshire Council has the requirement to appoint a Contractor to carry out Phase 1 Repairs to Steeple Buildings Kilbarchan. The Phase 1 Repairs Scope may include work across the Spire, Belfry, Steeple (Statue Level), Steeple (First Floor), Steeple (Ground Floor). The elements of work involved may involve repairs to the Weathervane, Broach Spire, Moulding, Finials, Plinth, Lead. As well as Belfry including Walls, Louvred openings, Balustrade, Lead and Lights. Steeple involving Statue, Roof Junction/Structure and Coverings as well as on the Chimney, Lintel and Doors. The Council intends to release a Contract Notice week commencing 31st March 2025, with a Tender Package being released immediately after via Public Contracts Scotland Tender Portal..
