Refurbishment of Properties at Harlsdale, Whalsay, Shetland - Clerk of Works

Tender description

Appointment of a Clerk of Works to undertake site supervision services on the construction contract for the refurbishment of 12 properties in Whalsay, Shetland. The construction works are for the full internal and external refurbishment of the properties over an 18 month period. Shetland Islands Council sought a Clerk of Works to undertake a monitoring role, overseeing and inspecting the construction work to ensure it is being carried out in accordance to the specified standards, contractual requirements, designs and plans. Lot 1: The type of contract awarded is a Services contract. The procedure is a regulated procurement governed by the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014.
