The William Layne Reading Room is a Grade 2 listed building, the building opened originally as a school in 1743. The building is a much loved and cherished building of the Parish. Invitations to tender are requested to re-render this grade 2 listed building. The appointed contractor will be able to prove extensive knowledge of lime rendering, porosity, compositions.
