Tender description

The Gambling Commission (the Commission) is interested in National Lottery participants' experiences of playing in the retail environment. We therefore ran a further competition to award this contract to a supplier to undertake quantitative and qualitative research with National Lottery retail players. The aim of this work is to develop our understanding of retail players' motivations and behaviours in the retail environment.
