North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for, and on behalf of, NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (the Contracting Authority), who are conducting a Request for Information (RFI) exercise in order to gain a better understanding of the capacity and appetite of the market to deliver Trauma Intervention and Bereavement Counselling Service for children, young people and young adults aged 4 - 35 years within the North East and North Cumbria areas: It is anticipated that TUPE may apply to this service
