Provision of Information Advice and Guidance Services The Council have committed funding to support residents of County Durham in accessing a free, independent, impartial, high quality service offering information, advice and casework services to maximise entitlement to and raise awareness of benefits, debt advice and a wide range of advice services to facilitate sustainable applications. The Council is presenting a market engagement event for interested organisations to provide details of the upcoming procurement activity. The procurement activity will commence late March / early April 2025 , with a view of awarding contracts for commencement 01/10/2025. There is an option to attend the MS Teams events , either: Tuesday 04th March 2025 10am to 11am or Wednesday 5th March 2025 2.30pm to 3.30pm Please email sam.scotchbrook@durham.gov.uk to book your place.
