Tender description

Transport for London has awarded Plexal (City) Ltd with an Innovation Operations Supplier contract to support the delivery of Open Innovation's discovery, trialling and commercialisation workflow. Plexal is appointed to a 3+1 single supplier framework agreement with individual pieces of work to be delivered through call offs. This award follows a restricted procedure. Lot 1: The Innovation Operations Supplier (IOS) will deliver work in the following four activity areas to be delivered through call off contracts: 1. Scouting- finding innovative solutions and suppliers in the market to solve TfL problems. 2. Horizon Scans - advising on early warning signs of change inside and outside TfL, future trends and themes in the nearer and longer terms that are relevant to TfL's strategic aims and offer realistic potential for scouting and trialling. 3. Trial Management - managing trials with or on behalf of Open Innovation. 4. Commercialisation - advising and supporting Open Innovation with sales, marketing and commercialisation opportunities.
