Direct award for Lot 5 on the NHS SBS Healthcare Planning, Construction consultancy and Ancillary Services Service framework. The role of the Client Monitoring Design Team is outlined below: RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design) • Assisting with the on-boarding of the Contractors Design Team. • Respond to design queries from the Contractors Design Team and assisting in resolving any uncovered design issues. • Advise on the scope of the drawings, specifications and coordination drawings recommended to be produced by the Contractors Design Team. • Provide technical support in evaluating any Contractor Proposals or final details and specifications. • Undertake staged design appraisal during the PCSA of the Main Contractors proposals, to establish that the design development is compliant with the Employers Requirements and Statutory Requirements. • Review the Building Safety Regulators Gateway 2 Submission and provide comment on any non-conformity. • Record any deviations from the Employers Requirements and Projec Keywords: development
