Dublin City Council Single Party Framework for the Provision of a fully managed second level Enterprise SAN (Storage Area Network) Support and associated services

Tender description

Dublin City Council (DCC) wishes to invite tenders using the Open Procedure to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for the provision of a fully managed service for its Enterprise SAN environment including all hardware, software and associated services. The successful tenderer must work with DCC’s existing contracted support partner, Fujitsu Ireland Limited, for a discovery phase to be completed before May 2025 from the signing of an agreement, before Fujitsu leave the market. During this time the successful tenderer must complete a review of all existing documentation relating to DCC’s SAN environment and work with Fujitsu Ireland Ltd to complete a handover.
