Worcestershire County Council - M&E Consultancy Support Term Contract

Tender description

The Property Services department at Worcestershire County Council (WCC) has undergone a number of re-structures in recent years. This has resulted in less provision of internal expertise where some of the more specialised disciplines are concerned. The Council has generally favoured an outsourced/adhoc model for delivering these functions, calling on the support of specialised consultants where necessary. This has extended to technical M&E and design support, building surveying and project management services. WCC is now seeking the support of a retained technical consultant, on a term contract basis, to provide an M&E consultancy function in a more formalised and structured manner.
