With a workforce comprised of online employees and offline employees, Bord na Móna are looking for a communications platform solution. Bord na Móna requires a one-stop-shop, “voice-of-the-company”, communications platform, connecting all employees, driving measurable engagement, all while building and contributing to internal culture. The preferred solution must be available via mobile (app) and desktop, bringing together all members of our multilingual organisation, providing a personalised experience, while ensuring the distribution of effective and efficient communications.
