TCFLS/24/1 Ashford Borough Council is looking to procure a supplier to provide a feature lighting scheme in Ashford Town Centre. The aim of the feature lighting scheme, re-introducing lighting into areas of the town all year round, supports place making, improves the atmosphere of these areas in the evening and supports businesses.
