TEN600 - Contract for Servicing, Inspection MTC Heating Appliances & Installs

Tender description

Clanmil Housing Association Ltd for itself and its subsidiaries (“ the Clanmil Group”) and as agent on behalf of Abbeyfield and Wesley Housing Associations Ltd (the “Client” or “Clients”) wishes to invite tender returns for the provision of Periodic Servicing and Inspections and Responsive Maintenance of Individual and Communal Heating Appliances and Heating Installations, including Out of Hours Emergency Call Outs and Renewal/Upgrading of Heating Appliances and Heating installations. The scope of the service includes Servicing and Responsive day to day repairs including emergency callouts during the working day, disrepair works, Out of Hours Emergency callouts, Void Property Works including void Inspections to the Clients Heating Systems and associated pipework and services. The contract will be for a period of three (3) years with options to extend for multiple periods up to a maximum of 24 months (3 + 24 months). Any extension will be awarded subject to satisfactory performance and at the sole discretion of the Client, and notice will be given before the end of the contract term.
