Request for Information - New Technology Solution for the Registration Function of Tailte Éireann

Tender description

Tailte Éireann (TE) is looking to procure a new IT solution that will support its registration function to further modernise, streamline and digitise the way in which it maintains the National Land Register, Registry of Deeds and Ground Rents for Ireland. This solution shall span case management and reporting, the hosting and maintenance of these national registers, as well as the on-line interface with our external stakeholders. It is currently envisaged that the term for such a contract will be 7 years with the option for 2 x 2-year extensions, with the procurement commencing later in 2025. This Request for Information (RfI) has been issued to gather relevant information from the market with regards to various aspects of what potential future solutions that meet the requirements of TE look like.
