The consultant is to consider and ensure that the following project outputs are met while producing the three design options: o Cost Savings - data will be supplied on potential savings in rent, rates, energy, cleaning, maintenance etc on a room-by-room basis o Cost Savings - data will be supplied on potential savings in carbon, energy, on a room-by-room basis o Accessibility o Improve excess noise - Acoustic report and designer services will be supplied by the client o Average User numbers - the final design should be able to accommodate around 120 workstations
