Apex, acting as Development Agent for Newington Housing Association (NHA), is seeking to identify one or more Developer(s) for the provision of site(s), design and build in either (or both) of North Belfast or West Belfast. Apex will continue to act as Development Agent for NHA for the duration of the works.
