Tenders are invited for providing Landscape Consultancy services for a new 56 bed residential and nursing care home on the site of Penrhos, Pwllheli, Gwynedd to provide a fit for purpose building for housing and caring for adults over 55 with care and / or nursing needs. The home will also offer dementia care therefore need to ensure that consideration is given to Dementia Friendly Design principles.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
