Lot 3: Lot 3 (Optional) - Maintenance & Refurbishment of lifts, escalators and moving walkways Lot 3 is an optional lot that covers the combined procurement of the requirements set out in Lot 1 and Lot 2. Network Rail High Speed reserves the right to award Lot 3 where it is demonstrated that a commercial efficiency can be achieved through the combined award of both Lots.
