National Framework for Water Billing Services 2024

Tender description

Red Kite Learning Trust are looking to establish a framework of providers for Water Billing Services within the UK. The framework will allow Clients to access registered providers who are licensed to operate as a water supplier within the UK. The procurement will be a single stage process following the Public Contract Regulations 2015 open procedure. The framework agreement will be established for a period of 3 years, estimated from December 2024, with the option to extend for a further 1 year. The framework will be a single Lot, with a maximum of 5 Suppliers. This framework agreement is being advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all Public-sector bodies, including Charities in the UK, the full list of applicable public sector organisations is available in the Tender synopsis on Pagabo's In- Tend portal - https://in-tendhost.co.uk/pagabo/aspx/ProjectManage/1276. Suppliers for this lot must be both Ofwat and WICS registered. Lot 1: Provision of registered providers who are licensed to operate as a water suppliers in the UK. Suppliers for this lot must be both Ofwat and WICS registered and hold the relevant Water and Wastewater licences for England & Wales and the relevant Water and Wastewater licence for Scotland, to allow them to operate as water suppliers. Suppliers must be able to offer water supply and billing contracts covering the following: • water supply and sewerage services including wastewater and drainage.• all meter types.• a range of supply contract durations from 1 year upwards.
