Luton Council has a Lease of Land Opportunity for Advertising - Supply, Installation and Maintenance of a Digital 48 Sheet Screen, for a Duration of 10 Years Luton Borough Council has identified one site, at present, in the Borough for the potential installation of a digital 48 sheet advertising screen and is inviting offers for the lease of the land. The lease holder will be responsible for the supply and installation of the digital 48 sheet screen at the specified site, to include: • power and data connections • provision of a fully managed service including maintenance, payment of business rates, ongoing electrical supply and sale of advertising • payment to the Council a fixed annual rent for the site for the duration of the contract The appointed provider will be required to cover all costs associated with the supply, installation, ongoing maintenance and repair of the screens, the sale of advertising and business rates.
