Tender description

The Client wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to prepare and supervise a programme of works in relation to M&E remedial works at the below locations; 1. The Amphitheatre (Carrickfergus) - Prince William Way, Carrickfergus BT38 7HP 2. The Braid (Ballymena) - 1-29 Bridge St, Ballymena BT43 5EJ This consultancy appointment aims to deliver the complete project as outlined below from RIBA Stage 1-6. In the first instance consultants are requested to provide specialist knowledge and detailed cost information up to RIBA Stage 2. This will assist Council to determine the financial viability of the project and will inform the decision making process around capital expenditure v operational expenditure over the lifecycle of the investment.
