Tender description

GWR are looking to appoint a contractor to design and build temporary modular staff accommodation at Plymouth Station which is anticipated to be leased for an initial period of a minimum 3 years with options to extend on an annual basis and therefore designed to be in situ should it be required for up to 10 years with little to no intervention and maintenance. Lot 1: This is a supplier engagement notice, a Contract notice will be issued in due course.
