Tender description

This notice is for the establishment of a Term Contract for annual gas maintenance of the Housing Association stock, which comprises circa 7500 properties. The Term Contract shall be for 1 year with option to extend for a further year. The works shall be split into two areas, East and West. Estimated total value for both areas is GBP1,000,000 per year. Lot 1: East Area The works comprise gas servicing, ASHP servicing and District Heating servicing and maintenance of various housing stock located in this area Lot 2: West Area The works comprise gas servicing, ASHP servicing and District Heating Servicing and maintenance of various housing stock located in this area.
