Highway improvement works in an urban setting across 4 areas of East Lancashire. Additional information: "East Lancashire's Levelling Up Fund (LUF) programme includes works to develop themed interventions in East Lancashire focussing of safer, greener, healtheir streets and accessible and vibrant town centres. The 4 districts to benefit from this programme of work are being tenderred as 4 Lots: Lot 1 - Burnley, Lot 2 - Hyndburn, Lot 3 - Pendle and Lot 4 - Rossendale. Tenderers are able to bid for 1 or more Lots. The maximum number of Lots a tenderer can be successful for is 2. Full details for the Scope, value and duration of the works required for each Lot, (including details for sectional completion) can be found in the ITT documents. Tenderers to note that the award of contracts for this tender is subject to approval of funding from the Department of Transport. "
