Alteration works to change former offices at 22-24 Crichton Street, Dundee to a Children and Families Service hub Lot 1: Full refurbishment of existing unit at 22 – 24 Crichton Street, Dundee to provide the physical space for a co-located, multi-disciplinary service in the city centre. The physical space will be used for a co-located, multi-disciplinary service in the city centre which will aid in transforming the city’s response to all young people, including care-experienced young people (aged 12-26) to support collaborative working between key organisations focused on responding to their needs and those of their wider family The works are to be undertaken internally to the Grade A listed Dundee City Council City Square complex. The site is located to the southwest ground floor corner of the complex and is accessed via Crichton Street. Site set up and parking provision within the city centre is restricted and access within the Shore Terrace car park will be negotiated.
