Tender description

The project involves the development of the "Central Boulevard Park" in the Adamstown SDZ, covering an area of approximately 1.3 hectares. It includes detailed landscaping works, both hard and soft, to create a variety of recreational spaces, such as a Toddler Play Area, Teen Space with a basketball half-court, Play Hillock, Earth Mounded Play Areas with natural play elements, and a Calisthenics area. The park will also feature flexible lawn spaces, seating, street furniture, bicycle parking, and a new bridge through the main hedgerow. Additional features include native hedgerow planting, ornamental trees, paving, new access points, boundary treatments, and the retention of existing hedgerows and oak trees. The project will require comprehensive site development, landscaping, and services works to support the overall park infrastructure.
