Constellia acting on behalf of Bristol City Council is establishing Agora Legal a Flexible Purchasing System for the procurement of legal services. The system will be available for use for all UK Public Sector Bodies/Contracting Authorities and Utilities. The system consists of 27 lots which are further divided by region. The system will be open to new entrants at any point during it's lifetime. Lot 1: Cross Category Advice, assistance and support covering a wide range legal solutions including drafting, preparation, crisis management, dispute resolution, litigation and where necessary collaborating across specialisms. Lot 2: Business and Corporate Services Including but not limited to all aspects of business services, corporate matters, competition, charities, social enterprises and finance. Lot 3: Health and Social Care Including but not limited to all aspects of healthcare, and social care. Lot 4: Adult Care and/or Court of Protection All aspects of Adult Social Care Lot 5: Education Including all aspects of law related to education. Lot 6: Local Authority Education Including all aspects of law related to Local Authority Education. Lot 7: Planning and Environmental Including all planning, environmental and highway matters. Lot 8: Employment and Pensions Including all aspects of employment and pensions law and guidance and Employment Tribunal representation. Lot 9: Regulatory and Compliance Including all aspects of regulatory and or compliance. Lot 10: Local Authority Licensing All aspects of Local Authority licensing Lot 11: Local Authority Prosecutions All aspects of Local Authority prosecutions Lot 12: Commercial Advice on all aspects of commercial law including contract law, warranties, indemnities, structures of transactions, what is acceptable to the market etc Lot 13: Public Procurement Including all aspects of public procurement law and associated contracts and public procurement litigation. Lot 14: Commercial Litigation All aspects of commercial litigation Lot 15: Construction, regeneration and infrastructure projects Including all aspects of construction, engineering, energy, regeneration, transport, infrastructure and major projects. Lot 16: Property and real estate Including all aspects of property, residential and commercial landlord and tenant issues, real estate, housing, valuations and development and compulsory purchase advice. Lot 17: Housing Disrepair All aspects of law related to housing disrepair Lot 18: Local Authority Housing All aspects of law related to local authority housing Lot 19: Property Litigation All aspects of law related to property litigation Lot 20: Private rented sector housing regulation All aspects of law related to private sector rented housing regulation Lot 21: Public Sector and government Including but not limited to all aspects and issues involving public sector organisations including judicial review, consultation, local authority powers etc. Lot 22: Technology Including all aspects of technology law and AI. Lot 23: Immigration Including all aspects of immigration law. Lot 24: Judicial Review Any aspects of law that may be required as part of a judicial review process. Lot 25: Anti social behaviour actions and powers All aspects of anti-social behaviour actions and powers. Lot 26: Intellectual Property Law All aspects of intellectual property law including contentious and non-contentious, commercialisation and exploitation of intellectual property.
