Pre-market engagement Part of this tender includes the requirement to undertake user engagement. We suggest stakeholder workshops, surveys and focus groups. Work done so far We have reviewed the current website, its use and what improvements are needed. This has informed this tender. Businesses signing up to the Fair Payment Code require our site to be frequently updated, so they have a seamless experience. The OSBC website is where small businesses can use self-help tools, like the interest calculator, and find out the latest news in the business world.  2.2 The current website is very limited which is impacting the user journey and the OSBCs ability to communicate effectively.  We require a new and improved website which will deliver the level of platform we need to have the impact we seek to achieve.  2.3 In order for a new website to be on boarded we need to source a developer and host that will work with the OSBC to update and deliver this service and need a dedicated project lead to support us in updating and managing the user journey into the future.   2.4 The existing website contract expires on 31 March 2025, this has been extended with the current provider for a further 6 months to allow for this website development to take place (30 September 2025) Where the supplied staff will work No specific location (for example they can work remotely) Who the organisation using the products or services is N/A Why the work is being done 1.2 The current OSBC website is very limited which is impacting the user journey and the OSBCs ability to communicate effectively. The business problem you need to solve 1.1 The existing Office of the Small Business Commissioner (OSBC) website (G-Cloud) contract expires on 30th September 2025. The new OSBC website is to be developed to meet requirements for go-live at the end of this current contract expiry. First user type: General public: Individuals, sole traders, business owners, those working in businesses with a role in payment practices.
