The purpose of this Competition is to establish a framework with a suitably qualified Service Provider to provide a fully integrated and comprehensive Fleet Management Service, to include responsibility for roadworthiness of vehicles, supplier management, driver compliance with regulations, inspection of vehicles, management of accident cases, vehicle maintenance (both scheduled and reactionary).
