THIS IS NOT A TENDER Buckinghamshire Council is inviting the industry to participate in our Request for Information (RFI) on a housing management software solution to understand what options and solutions are available to build on its current specification and ensure the procurement process achieves best outcomes. The current contract for the incumbent HRA & CBL Management Solution expires on the 31st of March 2027. Buckinghamshire Council is a non-stock holding unitarity authority, who along with the statutory homelessness duties, also run the Bucks Home Choice allocations register. Buckinghamshire Council currently own and manage 95 temporary accommodation units within the county. The current system also ensures that Buckinghamshire Council has access to and maintains all data in relation to customers, TA tenancy agreements and allocations. Suppliers are invited to participate in this exercise by completing the questionnaire included in this RFI doucment. Keywords: Housing, Housing Software, Housing Management
