Tender description

The Scottish Government has placed a contract with an external service provider for the provision of property services. The Scottish Ministers currently occupy office premises at Strathearn House, Perth in its entirety on an FRI lease with annual break options. As part of our future estate strategy, Scottish Ministers are now seeking to appoint an adviser to represent their interests in the negotiation of a new lease in this location. Lot 1: Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Estate Management Services Framework – RM6168 Lot 3 (Agency and Lease Management) call-off contract awarded to deliver the following services: Stage 1: Property market overview report for Perth and terminal dilapidations assessment report for Strathearn House. Stage 2: Lease Negotiations and Options Appraisal. Stage 3: Input to and Completion of Legal Contract. Stage 4: Negotiation of terminal dilapidations for Strathearn House.. The contract is for a period of 11 months from 12th February 2025 until 31st December 2025. The Scottish Government reserve the option to extend the contract for a further period of 6 months.
