Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council require a contractor that will survey and treat condensation and mould problems in Council-owned domestic properties (bungalows, three storey flats, semi-detached dwellings, communal areas/buildings etc.) throughout the Rotherham Borough. This will both comprise of surveys and remedial works. This will both comprise of surveys and remedial works. The Contractor will provide detailed reports of findings, recommendations, and a quotation for any required works alongside advice on issues that may be contributing to the development of condensation and/or mould. The Contractor will liaise with tenants to arrange survey appointments and planned works. It is important to note that we are anticipating changes in legislation that could possibly impact on the contract specifically, the introduction of Awaab’s Law will bring forth new regulatory requirements that must be fully integrated and embedded into our operations.
