Minor Works; Property Adaptations prior to Hospital Discharge Framework

Tender description

The Council is seeking tenders from General Building & Construction Contractors who are interested in gaining approval onto a Framework agreement to carry out minor works in client’s own homes prior to hospital discharge. The works required are small jobs that require Contractors to collect*/supply/repair/secure and or fit/fix (unless otherwise instructed) pieces of equipment in client’s own home as requested from clinical staff, following clinical assessment on expected hospital discharge of the client. The clinician will write a referral and specification/drawing signifying the fit/fix position in the client’s home for the successful Contractors.
