ICT services for Carrickfergus Amphitheatre Spa Refurbishment

Tender description

Council invites tenders to provide the service for an ICT refurbishment works at Carrickfergus Amphitheatre for RIBA stages 1-6. The project is for the provision of an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) who must work with the Capital Works Manager, Capital Works Team or their designate to ensure all duties required under this appointment are being carried out to the satisfaction of the Employer. The project shall be responsible for the design and project management of the construction of a refurbishing the spa facilities at Carrickfergus Amphitheatre. The consultant to review the options below and advise what is feasible to be incorporated within the budget.
