GB-London: Annual Reports and Accounts Design Services

Tender description

We are seeking a service provider to design our annual reports yearly for two parts of the organisation: National Heritage Memorial Fund and The National Lottery Heritage Fund (with similar, but not exactly the same content). The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year period at the discretion of the Heritage Fund. Further information is included in the Invitation to Tender documents accessible via Delta. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The date and time provided at item 10 Deadline for Expressions of Interest - is the date and time for the receipt of Tenders. All clarification questions and tender returns must be submitted through the Delta E- tendering Portal. Responses to clarification questions will be issued in batches and sent through the Delta portal and bidders should ensure that they check in regularly for these. Item 9 - Estimated value of requirement please note that the Heritage Fund has a maximum budget and this is detailed in the ITT. The start and finish date provided in this notice is for information purposes only and may change and the details are for the 3 years but there is the option of a further 1 year at the Heritage Funds discretion.
